Most of our though are about comparison ie: when we want something , we all are programmed to compare it with our own past experiences and we also compare it with others experiences. Like that our mind works overtime comparing. By comparing we are using the past data and data we received to us from others around us. Our world works by comparison  and it builds our future. So when you want to get something done and you compare it with your past failure and failure of others, the outcome will also be a failure.

Our inborn nature is to compare, forgetting the truth that our minds are creating the world for us , we all tends to compare, even if we know the truth that we are gonna create the world for us though our feelings and thoughts. I like to share one of my experience, we use to pay table tennis on on the 1st floor of a building, some times our ball go out of the room through a small gap above our court and fall on the ground outside the building, when ever i go to take the ball I trough it back to court at the first floor through the gap, I usually compare before throwing like – will it go through the gap, what if it didn’t fall, how many times I have to throw, what if I through correct and wind takes it away etc….. and the more I compare I have to throw multiple time to go through the gap, but one day I took the ball and threw through the gap without even thinking, my mind was a kinda blank at that time I can remember, the ball just passed through the gap ! I learned a lesson that day, which is applicable to our own life.

Our brains are filled with heaps of data from the day we are started thinking, these information came to us as a result of our observations, through all the mediums we make contact with from televisions, experience of your friends neighbours, parents etc…  These information can motivate you and de-motivate you, these information can make doubts in your minds as a result of comparison, We we have a dream or a certain goal and we compare it with positive information we have in our brains, it will help us attain our goal. But the same positive comparisons can divert our minds to the negative informations stored in our brain, then the loop keep running comparing both the possible outcome, this will further destabilize us.

Comparing only with positive data stored in our brain is a good thing to do, for that we need great focus or Doing your stuffs without even comparing will help you achieve your goal, that is what I have learned from my life. For me the second one is more easier because an act of comparison can easily keep on comparing to negative aspects.

Both comparing the present situation with positive information we have in our brain and acting without comparing by focusing the result needs lot of focus, we need to keep our mind focused to our action rather than comparing nature of our brains and for comparing it with the positive information we have also need lot of concentration for us to keep focused on the positive data we have.

If we force our mind consciously to compare it with positive information or to keep our brain away by stop comparing , it will give stress to our brain and it have to happen in a relaxed way, that happens when when our minds are relaxed, forcing give more stress to our minds. Meditation and positive affirmations can train our mind to be in focus and as a result we will remain happy from its outcome.
