I still remember when this universe was new to me out of confusion and wonder i use to shoot questions at my mom about the things that surrounded me and my mom patiently answers my questions even if she felt it silly , it is how I learned about the universe, later I learned from school. But still I am not satisfied with the answers, so i began to learn things that are not in my school syllabus and astrology didn’t satisfy me either, later after my moms physical demise I start to see the universe very clearly.
The things that I learned seems to be of no sense when i stated meditating in a deeper level and it made sense when i started referring quantum physics journal along with meditation. In a deeper level when we encounter our thoughts it seems no difference with the universe, both are vibrations ( in sanskrit we call it spandan ) it is clearly written in vedic texts, but one have to experience it to understand rather than reading the texts. So the real universe we experience is nothing more than energy vibrations, with different frequencies, energy is same but things varies according to the vibrating frequencies , like water is energy vibration of a particular frequency and your tooth is also same energy vibrating in a different frequency. A persons body is also energy vibrations , with flesh vibrating in different frequency, hair and other organs with different frequencies. Albert Einsteins formula E= mc2 clearly states that all matter is energy vibration and E the energy is non dual, it is same with different frequencies and it is the connecting frame of singularity.
But how the energy vibrations are created and the answer is clear when we see the mind, it is able to produce energy vibrations of different frequencies, like you don’t have a same thought all the time, your mind is always dancing in different frequencies so the universe and there is an interconnection between minds dance and the universe it puts us in a very responsible position of a creator and one should be careful with his / her thoughts if you are looking for something positive.

We can not see energy but we can see the effects of energy by observing different kinds of vibrations. Through these vibrations, energy is transferred from one substance to another.
