When ever I feel like getting carried away by the strains of physical life, I go for a meditation and if I am not in a condition to meditate, I plug my ear phone to get back to the spiritual rhythm. Music can easily wash away emotional stains in our mind , it helps us to relax and we flow with the music, listening to soothing music is an alternative way of pushing yourself into a meditative mood.

Music can do wonders to your mood, there are music that can put you into aggressive mood, meditative mood, happy mood and sad mood, music directly communicate with your inner self, I am very particular about choosing meditative music and happy music that help me wash my stress stains away.

Send subliminal positive messages to your subconscious with the help of  music- It is a proven fact that we can send direct message to your subconscious through music which help you to get positive things in your life. Listening to inspiring music can really motivate you in reaching your goal. Subliminal affirmative thoughts can be passed directly to your inner self while you are floating in Musical world.

I like to share a special incident that happened during one of my out of body experience. One night when I was having my outer body experience I met my granny who was trying to force a conversation, even if she was in a very loving and caring tone I felt scared because it was kinda strange surprise for me cause my granny was dead 4 months before and she didn’t occupied my mind after her death, I was not that emotionally attached to her and it was my first ever encounter with a dead soul and during the morning out of shock I explained everything to my mom but she was behaving it as a normal incident ! and these days after my my moms physical demise I always feel her presence during my out of body experience.

It is an amazing experience and I feel I am lucky enough to experience it on a frequent basis so I decided to conduct studies during  my out of body experience , by observing what is happening to me and the space around me during my out of  body experience,  one thing about astral projection is that it is not the kind of experience we have during our dremas, it is as real as we experience in our awaken state. I will be floating somewhere away from my body it may be in the rooms of my first floor, sometimes I try to force my self to wake up, and I noticed that I will wake up ( back to normal wake up state ) only if I float and move towards the room where my body is located, that makes me sure about the exitsance of space during my experience, not been able to check the time during my out of body experience, hope I will get an opportunity to check the time. Meeting deceased people during my out of body experience is also under my observation, not all out of body experience wont give me opportunity to communicate with dead people.

Studies conducted by experts says astral projection is possible during meditation, but I still have to experience it during meditation, according to them our astral self can travel according to our wish, it can defy time and space can travel through solid surface and can go deep into the water, our astral self is conected to physical self through an imaginary sliver code.

I have to conduct my own studies on astral projecting as of now my astral projections are happening only during my sleep and I will be updating my out of body experiences here on my blog.

It is our brain which is consciously projecting a three dimensional world for us and brain is the processing unit of our body which process vibrations received through our five sensory organs and it projects an image before us and we believe it is the true image, injuries to our brains have even made strange and rare conditions in which a patient cant recognize happening on one side or them , they may be totally ignorant about their right side in some case left side, like wise me may not be recognizing dimensions which are close to us. Some of you might have head about the concept of flatlanders an imaginary two dimensional world of two dimensional beings who don’t even know about the concept of the third dimension ( Up and down dimension ) they can only move in two ways forward and backwards and sideways, for them they cant even imagine about a third up down dimension, same like that if there are forth or fifth or sixth dimensions around our brain wont allow us to recognize just like flatlanders fails to recognize third dimension and the brain injured patients failed to recognize their one side, but in the case of brain injury cases those people are aware of the existence of their unrecognizable side because their brain once recognized their unrecognizable side, they are not born with that condition. In our case we are born with three dimensional world projecting brain and even if there are other dimensions our brain cant project it.

If we go further deep into the quantum world particles of an atom pops in and out of existence, scientists speculated while disappearing it is going into some other dimensions which our brains fails to project. Also the scientists who talks about string theory believes in the existence of other dimensions, they call it other universes( Multiverse ), according to them we are in one of the many universe.

Our Brains are tuned into a certain frequency vibrations and we cant sense other dimenisons we can compared it with a radio which is fixedly tuned into particular radio station and we are not aware of the existence of other radio broadcasters around us and we don’t have the freedom to tune into those radio station.

There are lot of stuffs very close to us but yet we cant sense it with our limited options of our sensory organs we live in this world thinking what we are sensing around us is the ultimate world, we are in a prison with limited freedom and we are hear to experience and learn from this limited world for some other higher goal . I believe spiritual dimension is dimension where all the dimensions collapse where one have the ultimate freedom of dimensions.They have the freedom to collapse time, space dimension which make our physical world.
